What material are the coins made of?
Our collection coins are made of brass with 0.999 Fine Silver plating. Soon we will have them as 0.999 fine silver coins as well.
For portrait coins and custom coins we offer the following options materials:
- Brass with sterling silver antique plating
- Brass is an affordable material and antique plating is the best choice for pendants as the surface isn’t vulnerable.
- Brass with 22C gold antique plating
- Brass is an affordable material and antique plating is the best choice for pendants as the surface isn’t vulnerable.
- Brass with 0.999 fine silver shiny plating
- Brass is an affordable material and shiny plating with frosted design matches the real royal coins . We don’t advise shiny plating for pendants because the surface is vulnerable.
- Brass with 22C gold shiny plating
- Brass is an affordable material and shiny plating with frosted design matches the real royal coins . We don’t advise shiny plating for pendants because the surface is vulnerable.
- Antique sterling silver coins
- These coins are made out of 92,5% silver and have an antique finish which is the best choice for pendants as the surface isn’t vulnerable.
- 0.999 fine silver coins
- These are pure silver coin (99,9% silver) and they come with a mirror finish and frosted design. We don’t advise these coins for pendants because the surface is vulnerable.
- 14 – 22 Carat gold coins
These gold coins and they come with a mirror finish and frosted design. We don’t advise these coins for pendants because the surface is vulnerable.
What size can be made?
We offer sizes from 10mm up to 150mm (=6”). Most sold coins of brass and silver are 40mm – 60mm and real gold coins 25mm – 30mm.
The image gives you and indication of the size of the coins compared to 1 Euro coin and the 1 Dollar coin.
What is the delivery time?
Collection coins
If available on stock all order ordered before 13.00 we send the same day. If an engraving is required it takes 2 days to send out.
Portrait and custom coins
The usual delivery time is about 3 – 4 weeks after approval of artwork. If our planning allows we are also able to supply in 2 weeks.

We offer standard accessories and our own unique designed accessories to give the coins a special appearance. Visit here our accessories collection.
What are the artwork requirements?
Share your artwork or documents
You can email file attachments (up to 10mb) to sales@custom-company.nl. If files exceed 10mb please send them by www.wetranfer.com.
Finished artwork
For best result we need to have artwork in line art in .ai, .eps or .pdf files. Use black colourfor raised part and avoid use of half tones and shading. Images like buildings and faces need to be positioned in the design and also the files in high resolution (min. 150 dpi) need to be supplied separately.
Need help with artwork?
Our designers can also help you with creatingthe artwork for € 25 per side. Please provide us the following documents / information:
Text in Word document and the font you prefer to have
Logo’s and signs in line art in .ai, .eps or .pdf files
Images in high resolution (min. 150 dpi)
Approval of artwork
Be sure to proof the artwork on actual size and if there are no mistakes in texts, logo’s and images.
Cost for our additional services
Creating artwork: € 25 per side
Create line art for logo’s and signs: € 50 per file
Improve low resolution digital files: € 35 per image
